Matriculation/Enrollment Requirements

 

Students matriculate or enroll when they move from elementary to middle school and middle to high school.   If you live in the greater Los Angeles County area or State of California, Grace Hopper STEM Academy has a tuition free program that will fit your family’s need.

GHSA offers a nurturing learning environment that fosters academic excellence, supports artistic creativity, and develops responsible citizens.  The matriculation/enrollment area on our website is designed to make the application process as simple as possible using the online application.

*Birth Certificate

*Immunization Record

*Proof of Residency

*Transcript

*Special Education Documents (IEP/504)

*TDAP

*Attendance Record/Discipline Record

*Health Exam for School Entry

 

At Grace Hopper STEM Academy, we interview all incoming students and family before acceptance. This gives us an opportunity to meet you and inform you about our school. 

 

Once you have completed the online registration you will be contacted by a member of our Enrollment Team to schedule your interview time.
